For the benefit and comfort of all our guests, Sunningdale has a policy of no smoking, no pets and is unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
Otherwise there are virtually no other restrictions, except that if you arrive back late in the evening we ask you to be considerate of other guests.
You need have no concerns about your car since we have ample room for off-road parking.
We have just two sets of rates depending on if it is low season or high season

We're really sorry but we don't have any facilties for taking card payments, so it has to be cash or cheque with guarantee card.
A hearty full English breakfast is included, cooked from local produce wherever possible, or you can have something a little lighter if you prefer.
There’s a wide variety of places for eating out that are in easy reach of the house, including, for example, the Kings Arms and the Brantwood Country Hotel, both of which are located a few minutes walk away in the village itself.
Marcia and David have wide personal experience of other places to eat and can offer recommendations according to your personal preferences in cuisine and cost.
